Welcome to Rocket Mastermind's San Luis Obispo Based CEO Group

A confidential peer group for CEOs ready to grow their companies—and themselves.

This is not a casual networking group. Rocket Masterminds is a space exclusively for CEOs who want to lead with purpose, grow with intention, and surround themselves with others who understand the weight and responsibility of being at the top.

This isn’t a social club. It’s a growth engine for CEOs who want to lead and live with purpose. But friendships here run deep. We’ve got each other’s backs, we root for each other’s success, and we show up—fully, honestly, and without ego.

Our approach is holistic, integrating business performance with personal well-being. We believe the health of the CEO sets the tone for the health of the entire organization. In today’s fast-changing world, it’s no longer enough to lead with strategy alone—you have to lead with clarity, energy, and authenticity.

Led by Uta Birkmayer, a global leadership coach known for unlocking innate strengths and guiding CEOs toward aligned success, Rocket Masterminds is grounded in shared values: trust, candor, accountability, and continuous growth. This is where CEOs come to get honest, get support, and get better—without the pressure to perform.

MONTHLY MASTERMIND MEETINGS

Each month, we gather for focused, confidential conversations among equals. These CEO-only sessions are designed for issue processing, strategic problem-solving, and shared learning. We challenge each other, ask better questions, and make smarter decisions—because no one should have to lead alone.

ANNUAL CEO RETREAT

Our 3-day annual retreat brings members (and their partners) together for deeper connection, reflection, and restoration. It’s where breakthroughs happen—personally and professionally.

ONE-ON-ONE CEO COACHING

Every member receives monthly coaching with Uta, focused on the whole person: business goals, leadership mindset, energy, and clarity. This includes regular check-ins on life, health, and relationships, because no area operates in isolation. Support is also available for executive team members or family, as needed.

If that sounds like something that would be of benefit to you, I highly recommend Uta and the MATRIX Group.
