Class Description

Finding success in leadership requires emotional intelligence, and the higher you go in an organization, the more it matters. Learn techniques and strategies and walk away with an action plan to develop the emotional intelligence necessary to achieve maximum personal and business results.

  • Discover your Empathy Quotient (EQ) and learn how to improve it.  
  • Learn how to deploy empathy and inspire employees to perform at their best.
