With more than three decades as a tech executive and entrepreneur, Jeff di Rado brings both breadth of experience and depth of perspective to Rocket Masterminds. He began his career in the late 1980s as employee number five at a small startup that grew to $250M, later holding executive roles including Vice President of Global Sales and Strategic Accounts and helping scale organizations to the billion-dollar level. Four years ago, Jeff and his wife made Arroyo Grande their permanent home, drawn by the beauty and pace of the Central Coast.
Jeff is known for his “player-coach” style—a servant-leadership approach rooted in sleeves-rolled-up execution and genuine mentorship. He has led sales teams, transformed companies from hardware to services, and guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions. Through it all, he brings a steady optimism—confidence shaped by challenges overcome and lessons learned—that helps leaders take bold but thoughtful risks.
After decades of scaling companies, Jeff began exploring CEO peer groups and saw firsthand the power of leaders learning from one another. At Rocket Masterminds, his vision is to create one truly special group of CEOs and executives from across the Central Coast—diverse in industry, tenure, and perspective—who come together not only to grow their businesses, but also to strengthen their health, resilience, and sense of purpose.
