What it is

 Two parts. One membership.


  1. Leadership Circle (C-level Mastermind) — 90–120 minutes monthly Confidential peer support, issue processing, and accountability with other C-level leaders.
     
  2. Leadership Workshop (for your team) — 120 minutes monthly A practical, simple workshop your C-level leaders can invite their managers to attend.

All workshops are Wednesdays, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

Jan 14 — The Authentic Manager

Learn how to lead as your best self—calm, clear, and real—without putting on a “boss mask.” You’ll identify your strengths, stress habits, and a simple leadership style you can use immediately. 

Feb 11 — Leading Yourself First

If you can’t manage yourself, you can’t manage others. Learn practical ways to stay steady under pressure, set boundaries, and protect your energy so you show up as the leader your team needs. 

Mar 11 — Communication That Works

Make your communication clear, kind, and hard to misunderstand. You’ll practice simple tools for setting expectations, listening well, and preventing drama before it starts. 

Apr 15 — Feedback Without Drama

Learn how to give feedback that helps people improve—without blame—and how to receive feedback without getting defensive. You’ll practice a short feedback script and coaching questions you can use right away. 

May 13 — Managing People Basics

Get the core “people management” basics: roles, expectations, accountability, and follow-through. Learn how to handle issues early—fairly, clearly, and with respect. 

Jun 10 — Delegation Without Micromanaging

Delegation is how leaders grow teams. Learn how to assign work with clear goals and guardrails, so people own the job—and you don’t get stuck re-doing it. 

Aug 12 — Culture by Design

Culture is built in everyday moments: what you tolerate, what you praise, and what you correct. Learn how to set team standards and create a workplace people are proud of. 

Sep 9 — Leading with WHY

People work harder when the work means something. Learn how to connect tasks to purpose, so your team understands the “why” and shows up with more commitment. 

Oct 14 — Influence & Leadership Perception

Leadership is not just what you do—it’s how people experience you. Learn how to build trust, increase influence, and align stakeholders by matching your intent with your impact. 

Nov 11 — Conflict, Humility, and Repair
