Translating people, process and tools into results and impact.
Wes Love lives his life backward. He got married at 20 and had his first child at 22 and his second at 24, then found a career and then went to school. He worked in a myriad of industries before joining an award-winning energy company where he climbed the ranks from entry-level position to a leading consultant.
While working full time and helping his wife raise their amazing daughters, Wes earned his BA in Organizational Leadership and Master of Science in Leadership & Management studies and learned firsthand that an organization can change their people’s lives and benefit the business’s bottom line. He went on to co-found CultureStoke with his high school buddy, Marty, where they help leaders and their organizations to build great company culture so they can attract top talent and grow their people and profits. They do this through coaching, consulting, workshops and speaking engagements.
They’ve supported 45+ leaders and organizations on the Central Coast, including South County Chambers of Commerce, Sloco and California State University. In 2018 he joined California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo as an Organizational Improvement and Transformation Specialist. In 2019, he became an Adjunct professor.
Wes lives in San Luis Obispo County, with the people who make him a better person; his wife and pre-school sweetheart, two teenage daughters and mini Dachshund, Daisy.
Wes thinks the Central Coast is an amazing place to live, he is on a mission to make it an amazing place to work!
