Marty Imes is a management consultant that helps organizations grow and succeed by elevating their people and culture.

Prior to starting CultureStoke in 2016, Marty spent over a decade working in HR and Operations as the Director of Vision & Culture for a Fortune Magazine rated #12 Best Small-to-Mid-Sized Company to Work For.

To this day, Marty loves helping leaders and business owners achieve their goals while positively (and fundamentally) transforming the way people view and experience their work.

Marty is married to his high school sweetheart and has two incredible kids.

In his free time, you can find him searching for waves, camping with the family, and listening to lectures by Alan Watts.
