The Past and the Future
After almost 30 years in international management, revitalizing several international health, wellness and hospitality brands and starting four businesses of my own, it's time to share what I know, empower and inspire you and your leadership team—and to give back to humanity in meaningful ways.
In 2016 I found myself facilitating my first CEO Mastermind group. This service not only added value to the membership, but also gave me tremendous satisfaction. I believe leadership and business coaching is just one aspect of creating success. In recent years I have added several new aspects to my approach in facilitating the Mastermind group to include wellness, happiness, purpose and awareness of your unique gifts to humankind. After all, what good is financial success, if you're not happy, healthy and fulfilled?
The Pandemic forced our group into a virtual Mastermind Group model, a pivot that has taught us the advantages and limitations of virtual meetings. Our local San Luis Obispo CEO MATRIX Mastermind Group returned to in-person meetings (and ready to pivot to virtual meetings as needed) and we have added a second local group, Rocket Execs, offering the same Mastermind group benefits to C-suite employees. We do have openings from time to time, so, please contact me if you'd like to see if you might be a good fit for us (and vice versa!).
