After nearly 30 years in international leadership—revitalizing global health, wellness, and hospitality brands and launching four of my own businesses—I’ve come to believe this: success means very little without authenticity, purpose, and well-being.
In 2016, I began facilitating my first CEO Mastermind group. What started as a service to support executive growth quickly became a calling. Over time, I expanded the experience beyond business strategy to include the often-overlooked foundations of true leadership: health, happiness, purpose, and the unique gifts we each bring to the world. Because let’s be honest—what’s the point of financial success if you're not fulfilled?
When the pandemic hit, we pivoted to a virtual model. It wasn’t ideal, but it taught us what works—and what doesn’t. Today, our San Luis Obispo-based CEO Mastermind Group meets in person again, with the flexibility to shift online as needed. We’ve also launched Rocket Execs, a second Mastermind group for C-suite executives beyond the CEO role.
